Is Verdictr just another AI chatbot?
No. Verdictr can answer questions, but the product is built around reviewing the answer, surfacing material problems, and escalating to stronger checks when needed.
Does Verdictr simply ask several AI models and take a majority vote?
No. Model agreement is not treated as proof. The quick path uses a separate review pass, while deeper verification can check calculations, supplied facts, current sources, and reasoning separately.
What is the difference between ANSWER and VERIFY?
ANSWER creates a new response and reviews it before showing it to you. VERIFY starts from an existing AI response and runs the deeper audit path by default.
What does “Reliable” mean?
It means the material answer held up under the checks that were actually performed. It does not mean every sentence has been proven with absolute certainty.
Can Verdictr still be wrong?
Yes. Verification lowers risk but cannot guarantee truth. The system should preserve uncertainty when evidence is incomplete, conflicting, or outside the checks it can perform.
How long does verification take?
Simple ANSWER requests can finish after the quick review. Deep verification takes longer because it analyzes claims and may run calculation, source, supplied-fact, and reasoning checks.
