Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Verdictr subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time paid subscribers only and covers the first billing period.

2. Recurring Billing Periods

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your Verdictr account. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

A refund may be declined when:

• the request is submitted after the applicable 30-day guarantee period;
• the account was suspended or terminated for a material violation of our Terms of Service;
• there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated refund exploitation, or an attempt to circumvent plan or usage limits; or
• the subscription has been used to an extent that is inconsistent with a reasonable good-faith evaluation of the Service during the refund period.

Nothing in this section limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the payment dispute is being investigated.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes do not reduce rights that have already vested under applicable law.
